1816 → 2116
The year 1816 is known as the Year Without a Summer. In 1816 volcanic eruption caused worldwide effect on climate. The event had influenced the artist and writers of the time.
In this work I examined how might the art and poetry of the year 2116 look like if, 300 years later after that summer, artists and poets would respond to climate crisis by creating sort of a Neo-Romantic movement.

All of the poems were created by AI trained on the writings of Edgar Allan Poe, Percy Shelley and Lord Byron. All of the art was created by the early AI generators of 2021-2022.
